Blog Update

I am in the process of changing platforms. I am moving this blog
over to wordpress. I wanted to let everyone know so that if you
come to this blog and things are all over the place, you know what
I am doing. I have so many videos to upload, that it isn't funny.

I am sooooo excited!!!!! Here's why....

So I am in my 5th week with Insanity and I have 3 more weeks to go and I
am done with Insanity, (for now because I will be doing a round 2 of Insanity)
but I was trying to make a decision if I should do P90x or Turbo Fire and I
made my decision to do Turbo Fire aaaaaand I got it in the mail TODAY!!! I
am sooo excited! I cant wait to get started on this program. I am going to take a
week off once I am dont with Insanity and do some light weight work out and then
get right into Turbo Fire with Chalene.

I am so busy with all my blogs and changing platforms, working out, taping my workout
among other thing. In about a day or two, this whole layout will be changed.
That is what is taking up most of my time and not being able to post my
workout vids lately. I have about a million to upload. I know I will be sorry
when the time comes to edit, upload, blah, blah, blah....lol...I am taking
this blogging to another level because I will now have full control over my blog
with my own hosting and I am really excited. So thats whats going on with me
and this blog. My workouts are great. Month 2 on Insanity is CRAZY. I am still
getting them workouts in. I love working out, OMG!!!

Ok I got work to do so let me get this stuff done. I have a coaching appt
with my coach at 8 am tomorrow morning so gotta get ready for that.

I am officially in month 2 for Insanity

OMG!!! Month 2, the max interval workouts AINT NO JOKE! Daaaaang!
Yeah I know, I have like 5 vids to load up to catch up to today
which is day 37, but trust me, I got them mugs sitting right here
and I stay true to my working out. I am sore as a mug yall..LOL
These moves aint no joke. My back, legs, toes, butt, eyeball is
sore!!!LOL. I love the Insanity workout program cause its no joke.
I cant wait to see my results at day 60. I am gonna try and upload
my vids today but if not, def tomorrow.

Today is day 37 and it is completed just to let you know. I am
still digging deeper with Shaun T. Oh and stay tuned cause I
have a new site coming soon. Working on that now. Anyone who is
interested will have a chance to be coached by and with me. Alright
I am out...

Day 29: Insanity Workout Recovery Week

This video is pretty short. I did not get all the workouts in the
video. I messed up somewhere but anyhow here is the workout

Day 28: Insanity Workout Rest Day

So today is my rest day. I love my rest days because I take the
very serious. My rest days are not only for exercising but for
everything. I may do some homework but for the most part I am
resting from work and exercise. I do utilize that day for my
cheat day for my meals. I eat 5-6 meals a day so one of those
meals I do a little cheating. Nothing too bad. After that
Taco Bell experience, I am scared. A cheat day for me is eating
something like El Pollo Loco and I dont even know if that is
really cheating too much. Its hard to really cheat when you
eat healthy and you really feel how good it does your body.

Sunday's are wonderful, giving God His time, giving him praise
and glory. I couldn't ask for anything better. God is good.

Ok so I am like this workout freak. I have always loved to
work out and play sports so I am not a stranger to working
out. Now that I am really doing it and sticking with it, I
am becoming like this crackhead that has to have some crack.
LOL. Yeah I know, what a example but I am sure you get my
point and you truly understand how I feel when I say "crackhead".
So I just got done doing my cardio core and balance workout and
I am uploading and editing videos and as I am doing these things,
I am watching this show on Style about these celebrities
who have blew up in weight and then bounced back and I
absolutely LOVE, LOVE LOVE IT.

The things I love about it is that you are not hearing
about plastic surgery. They are actually hitting the gym,
eating right and being committed. That is what I love about it.
Eating healthy and working out is a lifestyle. There is no
quick fix. Not eating and thinking you are losing weight is crazy.
You are hurting your body. I don't care what nobody say,
anything that has to do with not eating, is not healthy because
your body needs food. Our bodies need food.

Why would you want to shut your body down? Oh that's right,
because some folks are looking for a quick fix. I use to
do just that. I use to not eat and when my stomach would
be flat, I was so ignorant to think I was losing weight
and doing it the right way, when the real deal was that my
body was starving and and I was not healthy at all. I personally
feel that the only time one should not be eating anything at
all is when one is fasting for God. Other than that, that other
mess is for the birds.

The folks you see with nice bodies that are toned up and
healthy, ARE EATING FOOD AND EXERCISING! LOL. It's a
lifestyle, set goals, small ones at first, set your mind to it
and do it. Stick to it. There is nothing you cannot do, be or
have in this world. Stop making excuses and just do it!

Day 25: Insanity Workout Cardio Recovery




I am slacking on uploading my vids...but not working out...

Maaaaaan, I have been sooo busy that I havent had NO time to upload my

my vids. Trust me, I am still working out, and all these vids are sitting

in my beachbody vid folder on my external harddrive looking at me like,

"uh when you gon upload us Tee?". I am going to upload everything today.

Today I have pure cardio and cardio abs. Excited about that cause that

workout alone be burnin PURE calories...OMG!!! I ordered my Shakeology

shakes last weeks so I got my protein shakes coming...Excited about that!

My body is cutting reeeeeeal nice. Slowly but surely....Let me stop cause

I have so much to day on camera that I dont really have time to by typin

so let me roll on and get my pure cardio poppin off.....Ok yall....just to

let you know, I am still working out, its pretty much a way of life now cause

I am in my 4th week so its something I cant stop...I may slack on posting vids

but I dont slack on my workouts, BELIEVE THAT!..LOL...stay tuned for all my vids

they will be uploaded TODAY FRIDAY JUNE 11...

Day 19: Insanity Workout Rest Day

I have so much going on that I think I am stressing out without even thinking

about it. I am a disabled vet of the Air Force and I have some health issues

that was never resolved with the military doctors and I have to see a REAL doctor

to find out what is going on with me. This morning I had one of my episodes and I

couldnt workout. I took my daughter to school and then came home and had to lay

down for the whole day. When doing insanity there is no way you can push through

any type of illness or injury because the workouts are just insane. So normally

the rest days are on Sundays but not for me this week. My rest day came early and I

had to take it today. So no workout today. I will be working out tomorrow and Sunday.

Thats my update. So Day 19 is a rest day and the workout for today would have been

cardio power and resistance, but I will be doing that workout on sunday....back to

resting...Its on and poppin tomorrow though....



Day 18: Insanity Workout Cardio Recovery

Ok so I did my cardio recovery, and it was cool. I like the cardio recovery

cause it give you a break from the insane conditions that Shaun be bringin

on them videos...LOL....I did record it but I figure, from now on, I wont be

recording the cardio recovery because I feel like that is one day that gives me

a break from (aside from sundays) recording workouts and I just want to recover

and chill. I always do a post vid after every workout so, I will do the post vid

just not the actual workout for the recovery. Make sure y'all check out my youtube

channel cause I be on there running my mouth....Alright, I am about to hit the sheets

after I upload my last vid on youtube. Now I am all caught up....WHEW!! Go

it will be time for me to show my final results and I will be moving on to my next

exercise program which will be TURBO FIRE!!! Chalene, you up next girlie...cant
