The Insane Beachbody Coach

Day 11 was so horrible for me. I did not do the recovery today. I had some


issues to deal with concerning my internet and ATT and it was exhausting.


I was so exhausted mentally with ATT and not having my internet connection


for a whole freakin week, that I did not do the recovery. On this day, I needed


a workout like pure cardio to work out the frustration....so I did not do the


recovery y'all...the good news is that, I got my internet back up and now I


have to catch up uploading a lot of vids etc....ugh!!!...I am still working it


so keep followin me....
