The Insane Beachbody Coach

Ok so let me just jump right on into what this blog is about. I need to lose

some weight and get back to the size and health that I know so I decided that

I wanted to become a beachbody coach and change my lifestyle and really stick

to it and stop all this yo-yoing around. So last week I turned 33 and I said

Next Monday is the day I start this weight loss journey with beachbody and to

drop this weight. So it begins. Tomorrow is May 17, the first day of my weight

loss journey. The program that I have decided to do is the beachbody workout

Insanity. Yep I am about to be insane and I am ready. Now I am no punk. LOL.

I am athletic, I play sports so exercising is not new but I know that this

workout is about to be all up in my butt and I am prepared for it. I am not

to be acting like I am Mrs. Billy Bad Ass and say I can do this with no problems

blah, blah, blah....I got my mind right and I am ready to be healthy, lean and

fine. This blog is to allow folks to follow me on this journey. As my brother says

I am about to go HAAAAAMMMM. Alright y'all Let's Goooooooo!!!
